The Basics

What is an AI agent?+
Think of it as a digital team member that works 24/7. Unlike ChatGPT, it connects to your tools and actually does things: sends emails, creates documents, writes code, builds prototypes. You talk to it in your messenger like a colleague.
What is OpenClaw?+
The open-source platform we use to build your agent. It runs on your own server — no vendor lock-in, no platform fees. You own everything. We just set it up and help you run it if needed.
What can it actually do?+
Send emails, manage calendars, create documents and invoices, monitor inboxes, track leads, transcribe meetings, research competitors, write code and build prototypes, automate onboarding. If it can be done on a computer, it can probably be automated.
Which messenger should I use?+

What kind of server do I need?+
A VPS from Hetzner, DigitalOcean, or AWS. We recommend 2+ vCPU, 4GB RAM. A cheap $5 server struggles under load — your agent gets slow when it matters most. We help you pick the right one.
Can I run it on a Mac Mini?+
Technically yes, but not recommended. A Mac Mini depends on your home internet and power. A VPS has 99.9% uptime and works when your WiFi is down. For a business tool — go with a server.
Can it access sensitive data?+
Yes, securely. Everything runs on your server. We set up permission rules — it can read your email but won't delete anything without asking. We also provide security resources and best practices.
