# Gearheart — A website the team updates just by writing in Slack

## The problem

Gearheart were launching a new brand and needed a site for it — one the marketing team could change themselves, without a designer-and-developer queue for every edit. On the previous site, adding one case meant four people — bizdev, marketer, designer, developer — and at least a week from idea to publication. The requirement: updates fast, and never drifts off brand.

## What it does

We art-directed the new brand's site as a clear, confident design system — then built Webby, a helper that lives in the team's Slack and runs the site end to end. Someone describes a change in plain language; Webby drafts it, keeps it on brand thanks to our design-skill system, ships it to the live site through Git, and remembers the company context — nobody has to explain anything twice.

- Rewrite and polish existing copy
