# Minimal Studio — A design studio saves 30+ hours a month — and is thinking about a 6-hour workday

## The problem

Minimal Studio's startup clients were pushing to cut costs and speed up time to market with AI. One of them came to Slava directly and asked whether the team could build AI into how they work together. He needed a partner who could actually make it happen — fast, and shaped around how a design agency really runs.

## What it does

We set up a multi-agent system: a primary helper that manages specialised ones — the team calls them «Ghosts». Each lives in Slack, has its own owner on the team, and that owner tunes it to themselves. The primary one can spin up new Ghosts for a task, and they show up in Slack right away for the whole team to work with.

- GOO — tracks time across projects from ClickUp, calculates income from client work and surfaces the operational picture. A voice message is enough.
- GTO — turns meeting recordings into structured summaries and auto-creates ClickUp tasks with the right assignees from the action items.
- GBDO — writes outreach and runs lead-gen sequences, keeping the full business-development picture in Airtable.
- GFO — in progress: will handle the studio's financial tracking and reporting.

## Result

- **30+ hours a month** — What Slava frees up on his own operations alone — by his own estimate, the bare minimum.
- **4 helpers running** — Operations, meetings and tasks, business development, and finance in progress.
- **<1 week to first value** — Within the first week the helpers were handling time tracking, meeting follow-ups and outreach on their own.
