Full 7-minute conversation with Slava about his experience with Propeller Crew
Minimal Studio's startup clients were pushing to reduce costs and speed up their time to market using AI. A client came to Slava directly and asked if the team could implement AI workflows into their collaboration. Slava needed a partner who could actually make it happen — fast, and tailored to how a design agency really works.
We set up a multi-agent system with a primary agent that manages specialized sub-agents — the team calls them "Ghosts." Each Ghost lives in Slack, has its own owner, and can be customized by the team member who runs it.
Connects to ClickUp to track time across projects, calculate income from client work, and surface operational data — all from a voice message.
Processes meeting recordings into structured call summaries, auto-creates tasks in ClickUp with the right assignees based on action items.
Creates outreach messages and lead gen sequences, tracks everything in Airtable so the team has a full picture of business development activity.
Currently being built — will handle financial tracking and reporting for the agency.
Responsiveness was the biggest thing for Slava — 5 to 10 minute reply times meant the team could move fast and set up agents without getting stuck waiting. Beyond just speed, the process was collaborative: we learned how Minimal Studio actually works before configuring anything, making sure each Ghost agent fit naturally into their existing tools and workflows.
Within the first week, the agents were already handling time tracking, meeting follow-ups, and business development autonomously. The team is now exploring reducing their workday to 6–7 hours as AI takes over repetitive operational tasks.
