✦ Website Agent — by Propeller Crew

Your website is taken care of.

An AI agent, run by us, keeps your site current and ships new pages when you need them. You approve — it goes live. Hours instead of weeks.

Running in production for real companies. Nothing goes live without your approval.

✦ The loop

The same slow loop

If you own the website but not the hands that build it, this will sound familiar.

  1. 1

You realize a page is needed.

And instantly it's not a task anymore, it's a project. Scoping, briefing, finding time to even describe it.

  2. 2

    You hand it off.

A freelancer to babysit, or your own team pulled off work that actually matters. Either way: explaining, chasing, re-explaining.

  3. 3

    You wait.

Two weeks if you're lucky. The campaign moment you built it for? Gone.

  4. 4

    You get a draft.

The copy doesn't sound like you. The design looks foreign on your site. Revision round one, two, three — each one more waiting.

  5. 5

You publish and hold your breath.

Hoping nothing breaks, hoping it works on mobile, hoping the client doesn't notice before you do. A month later something needs a small edit — and the loop starts again.

  6. So the site quietly goes stale. Not because nobody cares — because updating it hurts.

✦ The flip

What if the site just… stayed current?

That's the whole product. Content stays up to date. New pages appear when your business needs them. Your only job is a one-click approve — to make sure it's exactly what you wanted.

Always current.

Team changes, new services, new projects, seasonal offers — the agent keeps pages in sync with reality instead of with last year.

On-brand by default.

Before the agent writes a word, we build a voice corpus from your existing site and materials. It writes like your company. Not like ChatGPT.

You stay in control.

Every change is a draft with a preview link first. You see the real rendered page before anyone else does. Approve, request a tweak, or reject — one click.

✦ How it works

Four steps. One of them is yours.

01

Connect

We plug the agent into your site. WordPress, custom code, no CMS at all — we've done all three, and “no CMS” is actually where it helps most. The agent gets its own scoped account. Never admin access.

02

Calibrate

We build your brand-voice corpus: how your company writes, what your pages are structured like, what “on-brand” means for you. This corpus is yours and stays yours.

03

Ship

You (or we, depending on your plan) drop a request in chat: “new case study from these notes”, “update the team page”, “landing page for the spring promo”. The agent drafts the real page and sends you a preview link.

04

Approve

One click and it's live. Something off? Say so in the chat, get a new preview. Every change is backed up before it's made and revertible after.

Already running for real companies

GearheartGearheartsoftware agency

Gearheart launched a new brand and needed a website the team could keep changing without a designer-and-developer queue. We art-directed the site, then built Webby — the agent now runs it end to end from Slack. A change goes from a message to the live site while the chat is still open.

“Tim typed one sentence into Slack. His website updated in real time. I've been building software for 13 years. My jaw dropped anyway.”

Fulcrumsoftware development company

Fulcrum runs a custom WordPress site and had a backlog of case studies nobody had time to build. We installed the agent inside their stack: today it assembles full case-study and service pages from a short brief, edits copy on any page, and manages the site's navigation — all through draft-and-approve.

  • Full pages from a one-paragraph brief — layout, copy, images
  • Works inside their existing WordPress, nothing migrated
  • Verified against 19 acceptance tests before handover

Watch the agent build a real site

A walkthrough of a website Webby builds and maintains. Early v1 — the client fills in final content over time, just by messaging the agent.

And one more thing: the industry pages on this site were built by the agent itself, each from a one-paragraph brief. The product you're reading about made the pages you're about to click.

✦ Who this is for

Built for sites that never stop needing pages

If your business keeps generating the same kind of page — every new tour, location, hire or service — that's exactly the work the agent takes over.

Not on the list? If your site needs many pages on the same template, it fits. Ask us.

✦ FAQ

Fair questions

What if the AI breaks something?+

It can't push anything live on its own — every change is a draft you preview and approve. The agent works from a scoped account (never admin), every edit is backed up before it happens, and everything is revertible. And if something still goes wrong: we fix it within 24 hours, guaranteed.

Will Google penalize AI content?+

Google penalizes low-quality content, not AI-assisted content. Every page here is written in your brand voice from your real materials, and a human — you — approves it before it ships. Thin, generic, mass-produced junk is exactly what this setup is designed to prevent.

We're on WordPress / custom code / no CMS at all. Does it work?+

Yes to all three. WordPress and CMS sites connect through their APIs. Custom-coded sites — the agent edits the codebase itself. No CMS is honestly where we help most: that's where every small change currently requires a developer.

Who owns all of this?+

You do. The agent, the brand-voice corpus, the infrastructure — it's set up in your environment and stays yours. No lock-in.

What does “unlimited changes” mean on Done-for-you?+

Exactly what it says: there's no monthly cap on edits and new pages. The only natural limit is your approval speed, since nothing ships without you.

How is this different from Wix AI or WordPress AI features?+

Those are tools — you still do the work. This is a result: pages appear, content stays current, quality is on us, and there's a person who answers when something's off. Also, platform AI features only work on their platform. We work on the site you already have.

What happens if we cancel?+

Your site keeps working exactly as it is — it's your site. You keep the voice corpus and everything we built. No exit fees.

✦ Try before you pay

Your page, built free — before you pay

Send us your site and what page you need. We'll send back a preview link with the real thing. If you don't love it, you've lost nothing.
