The problem
An agency is expensive. Sending the same text to hundreds of people was out: that is the fastest way to burn your own name, you only get one shot at the same person, and no amount of automation fixes that afterwards. But clients don't bring themselves in, and writing to strangers was going to happen either way. The only question was how to write it so we wouldn't be embarrassed later.
What it does
We built ourselves an outreach setup where the only manual part is the back-and-forth. Sales Navigator gives us 300–500 people around a single hypothesis. Claude reads every record: what the company does, what's on its site, whether it looks like the clients we already have. Then it returns a verdict: keep or skip. What's left is 150–200 names we have something real to say to. The message chain then runs without us.
- Follow-ups go quiet the moment someone replies
- The connection request goes out with no note. Notes get accepted less often, so the reason we're writing goes into the first message instead
- From the first reply on, Tim takes the conversation. No automation past that point

«The numbers are very good, and honestly — they won't look like this for everyone. But the approach is repeatable: filter the list, then write like a human.»— Tim Kozak, co-founder of Propeller Crew
